Hip Hip Hooray!
Hello! Jen here today and I'm sharing a couple more cards using our new Dog and Cat birthday themed products along with our new Hot Foil Products!
The first card features those kitties from our new Newton's Birthday Delights Stamp Set. Isn't it cut how the kitty faces are peeking through the scoops of ice cream!? I colored the image using watercolors markers and cut it out using the coordinating Newton's Birthday Delights Die Set.
For the card, I decided to add some sparkle so I used our new Confetti Hot Foil Plate and added the thick stripe of confetti to the background using gold hot foil and my hot foil machine on a piece of pink cardstock. I love how this looks!
Next, I used the Happy Birthday sentiment from our Birthday Greetings Hot Foil Plates with teal foil onto a light teal cardstock. After it was foiled I used our Banner Duo Die Set to cut it out into a small rectangle shape. Then I layered everything together, framing the pink panel with a piece of darker pink cardstock for a bit more added color.
For my second card, I used the fun stack of pups from our new Birthday Barks Stamp Set. These cute doggies make me smile with their stack of birthday fun!
I colored this image using copic markers and then used the coordinating Birthday Barks Die Set to cut the image out. This time I added a bit of silver sparkle using our Paw Prints Hot Foil Plate with silver foil onto a blue paper. For the sentiment I again used the Happy Birthday sentiment from our Birthday Greetings Hot Foil Plates with teal foil. This time I used a lime green cardstock. After it was foiled I used our Banner Duo Die Set to cut it out into a small rectangle shape.I also added a bit of pattern up the side of the card, using a plaid print from the new Birthday Woofs Paper Pad. Isn't fun how you can combine all of our new products together to make fun and sparkly birthday cards!? Don't forget to head over to our shop this weekend and get your new goodies on sale!
Thanks for celebrating our birthday with us and have a great weekend!
Both cards are great! I love the foiled detail behind the colored images :)
