Newton's Stocking Gift Bag and Tag by Larissa Heskett

Fancy Edges Tag Die Set, Tags Times Two Die Set, and Patterned Papers by Newton's Nook Designs #newtonsnook #handmade

Stocking Kitty for Christmas!

Larissa has created an adorable gift tag and bag that is sure to help make a holiday gift feel special!

To create this beautiful gift, she started out by stamping and coloring the image of the kitty in the stocking from our Newton's Stocking Stamp Set. She added some amazing details to her coloring with shading, stripes on the kitty and white gel pen accents. She cut the image out using the coordinating Newton's Stocking Die Set and added a little pom pom to the Santa hat.  She also adorned the stocking, adding a sprig of holly stamped from our A Kitten Christmas Stamp Set with a heart embellishment to replace the berries!

Here is a close-up so you can see all the details:

She added a little circle tag to the larger tag using our Jolly Tags Stamp Set (cut out with the coordinating Tags Times Two Die Set). She embellished the top of the tag using a bunch of pretty ribbons! She also used patterned papers from our Canine Christmas Paper Pad and our Christmas Time Paper Pad

Happy Holidays by Tatiana Trafimovich

Happy Holidays by Tatiana Trafimovich | Pines & Holly Die Set, Holiday Greetings Die Set and Cycling Friends Stamp Set by Newton's Nook Designs #newtonsnook #handmade

Happy Holidays!

Tatiana created this card today, using colorful die cuts for the holidays!

To create this card she used die cuts almost exclusively. She started with our Pines & Holly Die Set and cut out all the amazing holiday foliage shapes from white bristol paper. She then used watercolor markers to add color to all the pieces for that amazing watercolor look. She arranged all the little elements around the edge of a card front panel, trimming off the edges to match the card edges. She splattered the whole piece with white and black ink to add to the painterly feeling.

For the sentiment in the card center, she die cut out the word "holidays" from our Holiday Greetings Die Set, using gold foiled paper. Then she added the little word "happy" above it, stamped and embossed using the word stamp from our Cycling Friends Stamp Set

Snowman Greetings Card by Donna Idlet | Snowman Greetings Stamp Set and Petite Snow Stencil by Newton's Nook Designs #newtonsnook #handmade

Snow-one Else Like You!

Today Donna is has created a snowy card that is perfect for making someone feel special this winter!

The adorable snowman holding a sign from our Snowman Greetings Stamp Set sets the stage for this card. She colored stamped the image in black and colored it in festive colors, adding bits of glitter to the snow for an extra special touch. This image has a blank sign and several different sentiments that can be put on the sign front for an easily customizable greeting. For her card today, Donna chose "snow-one else like you!" and embossed it in white. She cut the image out using the coordinating Snowman Greetings Die Set

For the card background she ink blended a panel that fit on her card front, using blue for a winter sky. Then she added sparkly snowflakes using our Petite Snow Stencil with glittery texture paste! So pretty!

Birthday Brew for You Card by Farhana Sarker

Birthday Brew for You Card by Farhana Sarker | Cup of Cocoa Stamp Set, Time for Coffee Stamp Set and Canine Christmas Paper Pad by Newton's Nook Designs #newtonsnook #handmade

Birthday Brew!

Today Farhana has created a warm birthday wish on this yummy card!

She stamped and colored a series of adorable mugs from our Cup of Cocoa Stamp Set in soft yummy colors. Then she cut them out using the coordinating Cup of Cocoa Die Set

For her card base she started with a white card base. She choose a green polka dot and a red stripe patterned paper from our Canine Christmas Paper Pad and cut a piece to fit across her white card base. She adhered these to the inside of the card. Then she trimmed the card front half way down the center so the paper shows through to the front. She added the mugs along the bottom of the front card flap, neatly lined up in a row and overhanging the pretty paper. She also added the sentiment "Sending you a Birthday Brew" to front from our Time for Coffee Stamp Set

When you open the card the coffee cups lift with the card front and you will see a second sentiment, also from the Time for Coffee Stamp Set, stamped above the paper on the inside of the card! What a fun way to create a fun and unique card layout!

For the background she masked off a thick stripe on a white card base. Deck the Halls with Inky Paws Blog Hop | Meowy Christmas Card by Jennifer Jackson | Newton's Holiday Mischief Stamp Set, Christmas Tree Line Stencil and Newton's Stocking Stamp Set by Newton's Nook Designs #newtonsnook #handmade
The kitty on my card today is from the Newton's Holiday Mischief Stamp Set. I wanted to create a fun and festive card featuring our kitty, Newton! If you don't know yet, our company is named after our orange kitty Newton. We lost Newton in 2019 but he definitely still lives on in our orange logo and I still love to color our stamped kitty images orange! I added some fun stripes to the kitty and accents with a white gel pen. The image was cut out using the coordinating Newton's Holiday Mischief Die Set

Here is a close-up so you can see the coloring details:
Deck the Halls with Inky Paws Blog Hop | Meowy Christmas Card by Jennifer Jackson | Newton's Holiday Mischief Stamp Set, Christmas Tree Line Stencil and Newton's Stocking Stamp Set by Newton's Nook Designs #newtonsnook #handmade

For the card background I created two rows of trees using our Christmas Tree Line Stencil. This stencil has three rows on one stencil that can be combined to create decorative trees. One row has the bold tree centers, one row has the trunks and stars and the third row has decorations that can be added to the tree. All the rows also have etching so you can line up the different elements.  I used just the bold tree centers and the row with the stars and trunks. I stenciled them twice to make two rows of trees on my card. I should have left a little more space between my rows as the tree tops and stars almost touch the trunks above them,  but I decided it was still cute and used it anyway! For this card I skipped the row with the decorations but you could add that if you want to have a more festive feel.

I assembled the card, adding the kitty on the bottom and mounted it on a kraft colored card base. The finishing touch is the sentiment "'Tis the Season to be MEOWY!" which was stamped from our Newton's Gift Stamp Set. I hope you enjoyed this card today!

Amy created loads of holiday cheer on this card today!Deck the Halls with Inky Paws Week - Day 4 - Amy Tsuruta | Snowflake Oval Stamp Set, Oval Frames Die Set, Destination Christmas Stamp set by Newton's Nook Designs #newtonsnook #handmade

This sweet and simple card is packed with loads of holiday cheer! Amy started by stamping the big oval image from our Snowflake Oval Stamp Set and embossing it in gold. She then cut the image out using our Oval Frames Die Set. She cut out a second oval with a scalloped edge, again with our Oval Frames Die Set but this time she cut it out of a red polka dot paper from our Christmas Time Paper Pad

Then, she added to this fun oval combo by stamping the image of the VW bug carrying a holiday tree on the roof from our Destination Christmas Stamp Set. So cute! She colored just the tree, to give her card that fun pop of bright color and cut the image out using the coordinating Destination Christmas Die Set before layering it over her ovals. She sentiment, "loads of holiday cheer" from the Destination Christmas Stamp Set was also stamped onto the oval shape to finish out the fun!
