Wish You Were Here Card by Samantha Mann

Wish you were here! 

Sometimes sweet and simple cards are the best! This simple card by Samantha features just one stamp set and some ink blending! 

For this beautiful summer card she features the image of the kitty at the beach from our Newton's Summer Vacation Stamp Set. She colored the kitties umbrella and beach towel in fun bright rainbow colors and added stripes to the kitty fur. So cute! The image was cut out by hand but you could also use the coordinating Newton's Summer Vacation Die Set if you don't like to hand cut. 

For her card base she created a simple blue inked background and then layered white panels over the top to create the fun layout. A little bit of black paint splattered on top adds a fun detail. She also used the "wish you were here" sentiment from the Newton's Summer Vacation Stamp Set, embossing it in white  onto black paper and hand cutting it out.

Deepest Wishes Card by Tatiana Trafimovich

Deepest Wishes

Today we are diving deep with inspiration from Tatiana, who has created an underwater scene complete with a kitty mermaid!

To create this card she started by coloring the kitty mermaid from our Purr-maid Newton Stamp Set. She colored the sweet image in gorgeous hues of purple and teal and added white gel pen accents. The image was cut out using the coordinating Purr-maid Newton Die Set. She also colored fish, seashells and seaweed to add to her scene using the Purr-maid Newton Stamp Set and Scuba Newton Stamp Set. Everything was cut out with the coordinating Purr-maid Newton Die Set and Scuba Newton Die Sets. 

To create the gorgeous background she used distress inks in purples and blues, adding lots of water splatters and colored and white splatters too. Then she created a "tunnel" pattern using our Oval Frames Die Set to cut the layers. She used dimensional adhesives in different thicknesses to achieve the fun 3D look without too much bulk.

Happy Birthday, Big Cheese Card by Donna Idlet

Big Cheese Birthday Card! 

Today we have a birthday card created by Donna that is just a bit cheesy! 

This fun card features the adorable mouse holding a stack of gifts and cheese from our new Birthday Mice Stamp Set. She colored the image in fun birthday colors and used the coordinating Birthday Mouse Die Set to cut the image out. 

Behind the mouse she added a fun yellow confetti paper pattern from our new Birthday Party Paper Pad. The yellow color of this pattern coordinates perfectly with the cheese theme! She cut the patterned paper and the yellow paper frame on top using the scallop edged frame dies from our Framework Die Set.  

For a sentiment, she added "Happy Birthday, Big Cheese" from the Birthday Mice Stamp Set. This sentiment goes perfectly with the image and so cute placed inside the speech bubble (cut out using our Speech Bubbles Die Set).

For a bit more birthday fun she added a stripe of patterned paper with candles on it across the card. This pattern is also from our Birthday Party Paper Pad.

This fun birthday card filled with cheesy wishes is sure to make the recipient smile!

Happy Birthday Grill Master Card by Farhana Sarker

A Birthday BBQ! 

Today Farhana has created a card that's perfect a summer birthday, complete with BBQ!

This fun card features the grill and accessories from our  Dad's BBQ Stamp Set. She colored them in fun bright colors and used the coordinating Dad's BBQ Die Set to cut the images out.

She then created a shaker card to go with the images. She used the sunshine paper from our Summertime Paper Pad as her card front and cut a circle out of it using our Circle Frames Die Set to frame the shaker. In the back of the shaker she used the big circle image from our BBQ Roundabout Stamp Set, embossed in white. She added some colored inks over the top to match with her color theme and then added the grilling accessories along with some sequins into the shaker window. 

She added the sentiment, split onto two banners that were both cut out using our Banner Trio Die Set.

Christmas in July Card by Amanda Wilcox

Christmas in July

Did you today it is exactly 5 months util Christmas? Amanda noticed this and decided to celebrate with a Christmas themed card today! 

For this lovely holiday card she used stamped and colored the nutcracker from our Nutcrackers Stamp Set. She added gold accents to his outfit for a fun festive touch. The image was cut out using our coordinating Nutcrackers Die Set. 

The background was created by using our Music Stencil with gold texture paste over a green inked panel. The postage edge was added by die cutting the panel using our Framework Die Set. So pretty!  The finishing touch is the sentiment "Joyful Tidings" from our Heartfelt Holidays Stamp Set which was embossed in white onto a banner die cut out using our 
Banner Trio Die Set. 

We hope this card has inspired you to get a jump start on your holiday cards! It's never to early to work ahead, that way you won't be rushing to get them done at the holidays!

Celebrate!

Today we have a fun celebratory card by Ellen that is perfect for sending sky high smiles! 

For this fun card she features the image of the puppy and kitty floating into the sky with balloons from our Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set. She colored the image with fun bright colors and cut it out using the coordinating Sky High Celebrations Die Set. For the background she created a cloud filled sky using our Cloudy Sky Stencil with distress inks. She framed the scene with a bright green frame that was cut out using our Framework Die Set. She added another fun layer of pattern by using a ballon print from our Birthday Party Paper Pad. 

This fun and cheerful card would be perfect for a birthday or celebration any time of year!

Treat Yo' Self Card by Samantha Mann

Treat Yo'Self! 

Do you love ice cream as much as we do? A fun ice cream cone is one of our favorite things about summer. Today we have a fun ice cream card to share from  Samantha that will remind you to treat yo' self! 

For this adorable card she features the pup who is licking a dropped ice cream cone from our  Dog Days of Summer Stamp Set. That pup is definitely making the best of the situation! 

Next, she created a fun background by randomly stamping ice cream treats using our Summer Scoops Stamp Set in a light gray ink. She added some matching ink splatters too, adding to the fun! She then used our Essential Alphabet Die Set to cut out the letters to spell out "treat yo' self" from the stamped panel. She layered the panel with the cut out letters over a fun pink ombré inked background tO really makes the letters pop! And it matches the ice cream too!

Birthday Mouse Shaker Card by Amanda Wilcox

Birthday Mouse Shaker Card

Today we sharing a sky high birthday wish  on this shaker card by Amanda! 

This adorable card features the mouse soaring away with a balloon from our Birthday Mice Stamp Set. She colored the cute little mouse in neutral colors and gave him a bright yellow balloon. The image was cut out using the coordinating Birthday Mice Die Set. She then created a fun balloon shaker shape using our Balloon Shaker Die Set. She cut the balloon shape out of the lime green confetti paper from our Birthday Party Paper Pad and made a fun shaker filled with iridescent sequins. 

For her card base she used another print from our Birthday Party Paper Pad, this time orange party hats. Then she layered a panel of clouds over the top. The clouds were created using our Cloudy Sky Stencil with transfer gel and white flock. I bet they are so fuzzy to touch!  The postage edge on the panel was cut using our Framework Die Set. She also added the sentiment "Hip Hip Hooray" from the Birthday Oval stamp set, embossing it in white onto a black ticket shape (cut out using the Framework Die Set)

Birthday Mice Card by Maria Russell

Birthday Wishes!

Today Maria is sharing an adorable birthday card that is twice as MICE! 

To create this sweet birthday wish, she used the image of the mice sharing a cupcake from our new Birthday Mice Stamp Set. Aren't those two mouse friends so cute peeking around the cupcake at each other? She colored the cupcake a fun bight blue complete with a rainbow candle. She also colored two extra birthday hats and a tiny gift from the same set, cutting everything out using the coordinating Birthday Mice Die Set. 

For her card she started with a white card base and added strips of patterned paper featuring teal and orange party hats from our Birthday Party Paper Pad, overlapping them for a fun card layout! She also balloons to one corner using our new Bokeh Balloons Stencil Set with glittery paste. 

The finishing touch is the sentiment "Birthday Wishes" which was stamped from our Birthday Oval Stamp Set. She colored the letters in "wishes" in run rainbow colors to match the candle! So cute!

She colored the kitty and puppy in neutral tones and the balloons in fun bright colors. Then she cut the image out using the coordinating Sky High Celebrations Die Set. 

For her background she created and amazing cloud filled sky using our Clouds Stencil with distress inks in varying shades of blue! So gorgeous!  She added some water splatters to add texture to the sky and added in clouds (stamped and die cut using the Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set and Sky High Celebrations Die Set.  The finishing touch is the sentiment "get carried away" from the Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set. She embossed it onto a vellum speech bubble that was cut out using our Speech Bubbles Die Set. So fun!
