The Magic of Christmas Card by Ellen Haxelmans

Christmas Magic

Today we are sharing a lovely holiday card by Ellen featuring our Holiday Home Stamp Set.

For her card today she created a simple winter scene using the gorgeous holiday house from the Holiday Home Stamp Set. She colored the house in neutral tones, adding a lovely yellow glow to the windows, and used the coordinating Holiday Home Die Set to cut the image out. 

She created a cozy scene for the house to sit in, by creating a blue sky with distress inks and adding a snowy hill using our Land Borders Die Set. She added the sentiment, also from the Holiday Home Stamp Set, embossed in gold onto the sky, just above the house. She also added snowflakes, embossed in white on vellum onto each side. What a lovely cozy winter scene. 

For her card base she created a square card and used our Frames Squared Die Set to add a square scalloped border to the scene.
