Perk up your Day with Cute Kitties!
Are you feeling tired today? We hope that this adorable card by Samantha will perk you up! Or at least get your creativity energized! This adorable card features the image of kitties playing in the big stack of mugs from the Caffeinated Cats Stamp Set. She colored the mugs with a minimal color palette, using only shades of blue. Then she added the neutral browns for the kitties and coffee! Doesn't this look beautiful!? Sometimes using less colors can achieve a stunning result!
This image is sized just right to fill your whole card front and it also fits perfectly inside the scalloped frame from the Frames & Flags Die Set, which she cut out in dark blue to match her mugs. Then she added the sentiment, also from the Caffeinated Cats Stamp Set, stamped onto the banner that was also cut out using the Frames & Flags Die Set.
You could use this technique to create a whole series of cards in different color palettes. Then you can choose the favorite color of the recipient you will be sending the card to! How fun is that!?
