Deck the Halls with Inky Paws Week - Day 3 - Chari Moss

Welcome to day three of our Deck the Halls with Inky Paws week!

Today's Featured guest is Chari Moss

Hi my name is Chari Moss and I live in the mountains of NC. I work as an architect by day and get crafty in the evenings. I like bright and happy designs with lots of color and enjoy creating scenes with cute stamped images.

Chari created an amazing tall tri-folding winter scene that will melt your heart! She used the adorable deer images from our Festive Fawns Stamp Set. She colored the sweet deer pulling the gifts and the deer wearing a wreath in festive colors. She also added a bit of shimmer to the red berries. Behind the deer she a created a winter forest, adding trees that were stenciled using our Evergreen Stencil. She added a bit of glitter to the edges of the stenciled branches too for an extra special touch.

Here is how the tri-fold card opens:

Once you open the right side, you see just the scene with the deer and wreath. Isn't it cool how she cut around the stenciled trees to make a fun folded shape?

Then you can fold the other side open:

This reveals a new scene that was hidden by the other layers! In this center scene she used the image of the deer peeking around the snowman at the bunny from the Festive Fawns Stamp Set. How adorable is that!?

We hope this fun project will inspire you to think of new and creative ways to fold cards and create scenes!
