Fall Is My Favorite Color Card by September Guest Designer Stephanie Davis

Today we have our first post from our September Guest Designer, Stephanie Davis. You are going to be wowed by her amazing coloring skills using copics, watercolors and more! Hi crafty friends! My name is Stephanie Davis, aka The Gypsy Chic. I’m a wife and mom of three kids, and one yellow lab named Bella. We've moved over a dozen times all over the USA, from the west coast to the east coast. We are currently living in Charlotte, North Carolina. I discovered scrapbooking when my oldest was a baby with Close to my Heart, and I was hooked on paper crafting! Soon I discovered new stamp companies, and started a YouTube Channel to share and meet new crafty friends who love all brands. I love all coloring mediums, but I’m currently obsessed with watercolors! I also love to travel, draw and try out new art supplies. You can find me on Instagram and my Blog.

Hello crafty friends!   I'm so excited to be guest designer for Newton's Nook this month!  

Today I'm sharing a shaker card I created using the beautiful Fall Fringe stamp set.  To make this card I stamped the images onto watercolor paper and embossed it with gold embossing powder.  

Then I watercolored the images with Daniel Smith and Sennelier watercolors.  Then I die cut the frame and card panel using the Frames Squared Die Set.  

This die set made turning this card into a shaker card so easy!  I heat embossed the sentiment onto heat resistant acetate, and assembled my shaker card.
