Sweet and Simple Birthday Card!

Hello! Jen here today with a sweet and simple kitty card that is perfect for birthday wishes! To create this card I started with a panel of watercolor paper that was cut out into a scalloped rectangle using our Framework Die Set. Then I stamped the image of the kitty and flowers from our  Newton's Daydream Stamp Set using a waterproof ink. I colored the image using Derwent Inktense Watercolor pencils and a water brush. Then I added the big Happy Birthday sentiment above the image using our Birthday Essentials Stamp Set.  For the background I used our Cloudy Sky Stencil with white embossing paste and created clouds across the top half of a piece of white cardstock. Then I used distress inks to add blue over the top and blended it into green to create a sky to grass effect.
