Deer Friend Card Duo Card by April Guest Designer Svetlana Pavlova

Today we have our first post from our April Guest Designer, Svetlana Pavlova! We have fallen in love with Svetlana's gorgeous creations and we are super excited to have her join us this month! Hi! My name is Svetlana. I live in Moscow, Russia. I think that many women start looking for hobby when they become mothers. As it helps to realize yourself in creative world. I'm one of them. I started my hobby with scrapbooking and continued as a card maker. I even can't imagine my life without card making now. It became a part of my life and my work. I like making different cards: flowery, scene and interactive cards.

Hello everybody! I'm so happy to be a guest designer of the blog. 

Today I want to show you two cards with a fascinating set of stamps "Dear Friend". Let's start with card where three deer are. 

I used masking here and made a multilayered card. A deer that is standing is mirrored.

Then I coloured them with copic sketch markers and made a background using distress inks. 

As for the second card, I took the lying deer, looking in a distance. 

To make a more interesting card I cut out a round window and sticked the panel with the deer inside the card. 

As a result, the card is transparent. I added sentiments and sequins to make a card completed.
