Today is day five and it's our FINAL day of our inspiration week with Newton's Nook Designs and Therm O Web! All week long both design teams will be sharing ways to add fun foils and more to your cards using Therm O Web products with Newton's Nook Designs stamps! There are prizes too! Read all the way to the end of this post to find out how you can win!
Today we are featuring projects by Larissa and Ellen!
First we have two amazing foiled cards by Larissa:
For first card, Larissa created a festive Holiday card! She used our Holiday Foliage Stencil and the Deco Foil Transfer Gel from Therm O Web. Once the transfer gel was dry, she added on the Deco Foil by Therm O Web and heat set it with a laminator! What a gorgeous background! For her image she used the cute corgi pup on a sled from our Winter Woofs Stamp Set, coloring him with fun bright colors and adding in a candy cane and Santa hat using our Ornamental Newton Stamp Set and Die Set. What a fun little scene!
For her second card, Larissa used the new Designer Toner Sheets (Polka Dots) and some teal Deco Foil by Therm O Web to create a fun clear panel polka dotted front for her shaker window! She heat set the foil using a laminator and then created a shaker oval window. In front of the shaker she added some grass using our Land Borders Die Set to set the scene and added a few clouds above it using our Cloudy Sky Stencil. For her main image she stamped and colored that cute kitty sharing his umbrella from our Newton's Rainy Day Stamp Set. She colored the image in such amazing fun bright colors and trimmed it out with the coordinating Newton's Rainy Day Die Set to add onto her card! So beautiful! She also used our Frames & Flags Die Set to create the scallop edged black background panel.

Next we have two sweet Easter treats by Ellen:
For her first project, Ellen created a card with a fun scene using several of our stamp sets and Deco Foil by Therm O Web. She cut out the word "meow" from our Newton Unwinds Die Set and then used the Deco Foil Adhesive Pen from Therm O Web over it. She added the Deco Foil from Therm O Web over it, heat setting with a laminator.
To create the scene, she inked a pink and purple background panel and layered it over the scallop edged panel that was cut using our Frames & Flags Die Set. Then she added in waves using the Sea Borders Die Set and grass using the Land Borders Die Set. The cattails are from the Winston's Lake House Stamp set. and the little butterflies are from Bitty Bunnies stamp set. She also added in a tiny leaf from the Deer Friend Stamp Set. For the kitty holding the egg she used the kitty image from the Sending Hugs Stamp Set. She trimmed the image out with the coordinating Sending Hugs Die Set which also trims out the arms so the kitty can hold something. She put cute little egg inside his arms from the Newton's Easter Basket Stamp Set! So cute! She also added the "sending smiles" sentiment from the Sending Hugs Stamp Set below her little tube of jelly beans!

For her Second project, Ellen used the new Designer Toner Sheets (Floral Sketch) and some pink Deco Foil by Therm O Web to create a fun clear panel tag. She heat set the foil using a laminator and then cut out the tag using our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set. For her image she chose the kitty wearing bunny ears in a basket from our Newton's Easter Basket Stamp Set and colored it using copic markers. She cut it out using the coordinating die set and added it to her tag. She also added in a leaf and branch from the Deer Friend Stamp Set and a butterfly from the Bitty Bunnies stamp set! How adorable!
