I decided I wanted to make a shaker card so I cut my card panel using a postage die and colored the negative part with distress inks. I used several colors: peacock feathers, salty ocean, and blueprint sketch. I colored Santa with copic markers and glued him onto the colored panel. I adhered foam tape on the back of the frame and added my shaker components. To make it look like a postcard I glued the red and white frame border. For my sentiment I cut a white cardstock using a small tag die cut then stamped the sentiment from the set and tied it on a piece of twine.
Thank you all so much for stopping by and I hope you enjoy the cards I've shared this month. It has been a pleasure being Newton's Nook guest designer. Thank you Jennifer for having me, I had so much fun working with your amazing products!!
