Hello & Happy Monday! Today I have a fun card using the cute kitty in the box image from our Newton's Antics stamp set! Did you know this was the very FIRST stamp set that I sketched out when we first started Newton's Nook Designs? It's still one of my favorites!
For this card I stamped the kitty image and colored it with copic markers. Then I fussy cut it out. (You could also use our coordinating Newton's Antics Die Set if you don't like cutting by hand). For the card base I used a piece of Kraft cardstock and added some fun dimension with a star stencil and white embossing paste. Then I stamped the "have a purr-fect birthday" sentiment from the Newton's Birthday Bash stamp set. I added some orange and white bakers twine and mounted the whole thing on some lime green cardstock to add a pop of color!
Hope you enjoyed this card today!
To add a bit more fun, here's a typical pic of Newton in a box - - see where I get my inspiration??
Too cute, Jen! The stars are a charming backdrop for darling Newton!
