Bad Kitty Cards using Naughty Newton

Bad Kitties - but oh so cute!

I'm back again today - this time sharing some awfully naughty kitties - but they make the cutest cards, don't they? I'm using our Naughty Newton stamp set. This set is filled with silly kitties getting into trouble. For this first card I used the image of the kitty scratching the wall and tried to make it look like he was tearing the paper on the card. To do that, I fussy-cut him out and then stamped just the claw marks again on the torn paper.

I added the whole thing to some yellow cardstock along with the "bad kitty" sentiment punched out with a circle and some twine and buttons. This didn't turn out exactly like it my head but I think it's pretty cute.

For the second card today, I used the image from the Naughty Newton set of the kitty in the litter box -yuk! I think cat lovers will definitely understand the humor in this one! 

I stamped the image on white and colored him with copics. Then I layered it with some of the same papers as in the first card. I like the bright and colorful colors - just right for spring!
