Happy Turkey Day From Newton! 

Hope you are having a Wonderful Thanksgiving holiday today and are relaxing and spending time with your family and friends! If you have any left over turkey or pie, Newton would be glad to help you out with that!  No joke, he really would try to eat pie - he loves cookies and coffee too! He's such a silly kitty! Does anyone else have a kitty or puppy who likes coffee and cookies? Here's a pic above of his usual "begging" stance! 

Give Thanks Card

Today I wanted to share this fun Fall Card - I sent this to my family in celebration of Thanksgiving! This card uses our Falling into Autumn stamp set. This set is so great because you can create beautiful fall and thanksgiving cards but you can also just use it to say thank you for any occasion! I stamped the leaves with various ink colors on watercolor paper and then before they had completely dried I went over the edges with a water brush to give it that fun "painterly look" I love this effect!

You're Cool Penguin Card & Video by Jess Moyer

These Penguins are so cool! 

Today I'm sharing this cheerful penguin card by Jess featuring our penguin mom and chick from the Wild Child stamp set! I love how she added the bright orange and yellow ombré stars behind them - it makes such a striking composition and the little black penguins really pop off the bright colors!

Newton waits for Santa Card by Shellye McDaniel

Newton watches for Santa!

This card by Shellye is just SO ADORABLE! She had a vision of our favorite kitty, Newton, from the Newton's Curious Christmas stamp set sitting in a window and looking out at santa so she created this fun window! I love the 3D effect she gave it by adding the layer of plastic to make it look like a real window!  She also used the sentiment "Sending Holiday Cheer" from the Flaky Family stamp set. This month's challenge is to a Create a project with a Christmas Theme!

Tessa created this adorable card using the little crab and "joy" stamps from the SEAson's Greetings stamp set! I love the layered tags and little staples as decoration! 

Here's a really fun, non-traditional holiday card by Danielle! I love the cute Dino in the santa hat! So fun! She used a bunch of NND sets on this: Snowflakes from Beautiful Blizzard, Dinosaur from Prehistoric Pals, Snowy hills from Winter Tails, Santa Hat from Winston's Home for Christmas and "be merry" from Christmas Delivery

Larissa created this Gorgeous Christmas shaker card using our new Beautiful Blizzard stamp set. I love the red and white combo - reminds me of holiday peppermints!

Jess created this adorable card using our Sweetheart Tails stamp set with the sentiment fromWinston's Home for Christmas . I love that she used a "love/Valentine" set and made it work for Christmas! What a great way to get more milage out of your stamps!

Samantha created this lovely watercolored Christmas card using the cute kitty in the wreath from the Newton's Holiday Mischief set. The "merry"& "Christmas" stamps are the Holiday Wishes stamp set. 

Crafty Math-Chick created this fun doggie Holiday Treat Bag using the cute pup in sweater from the Canine Christmas stamp set! So cute how she matched the sweater on the pup with the background paper!  

Here's one by me - I used the girl and guy snowmen from the Flaky Family set - stamped on Kraft colored card stock so I could color them white. I also added a bunch of snowflakes in white ink and the "Merry Christmas from our Family to yours" sentiment!

Beautiful Snowy Greetings by Lydia Brooke

Beautiful Snowy Background by Lydia!

Today I'm sharing this lovely card by Lydia!  This card uses our pretty new snowflakes from the Beautiful Blizzard stamp set.  She embossed those lovely flakes in white and the inked over them to create this gorgeous background! With a pretty background like that the rest of the card can be super simple. She used the "Snowy Greetings" sentiment from the Flaky Family set and added a pretty wooden snowflake embellishment with some ribbon! I love how this card is both simple and stunning!   You could also easily make this into a holiday card by simply changing the sentiment!

Snowy Kitty Card!

This adorable card by Samantha Mann will definitely make you smile today! Samantha used the image of the kitty in the snowbank from our new Winter Tails stamp set  - and then mirror stamped it - to create a kitty going the other direction! This is such a cute idea to create a kitty couple up to their noses in snow! What an adorable card.  I also love the added sentiment "as long as you love me so.... let it snow" Are you singing that in your head now - I am!!

From our Family to Yours!

Today I'm sharing this super cute project by Stephanie Muzzulin using our adorable snow family from the Flaky Family stamp set! I love the pretty frame she gave them - it looks like a snowy family portrait! I also love that she placed their little twiggy arms facing inward to their bellies - that way they were easy to cut out! Such a good idea if you'd like to add some dimension to your project!

Two fun Winter Cards!

I had so much fun playing with our new Winter Tails stamp set I have two more fun cards to share today! Have you checked out this stamp set yet? Here's a peek at the whole thing: 

Free Snowman!

For the first card I used the sign and added the "FREE snowman (some assembly required)" sentiment inside it. I stamped the little image of the snowman parts below it  and colored the images with copics. I made the rest of the card super simple, just some sequins and bits of patterned paper and washi tape! This was so easy to make! 

Winston Shaker Card!

For the this card I used the fun image of Winston, our bear, on the giant snowball from the Winter Tails stamp set.  I decided this would make a fun shaker card. I colored the image with copics and then created a circle window shaker. I added some thick glitter and fun sequins into the shaker. Then I added a bit of sparkle with a sparkly button and some silver and white twine to finish it off! If you want to know how to create a shaker card, I did post a shaker card tutorial here. Check it out!

Here's an adorable holiday card by Danielle!! More Inspiration with Beautiful Blizzard

Two more Snowy Cards!

I had so much fun playing with our new Beautiful Blizzard stamp set I have two more fun cards to share today! For the first card I stamped the snowflakes and the "let it snow" in different shades of blue on white card stock. Then I added some sequins and some fun brown/white bakers twine. I mounted it onto the kraft card stock base with some blue polka dot paper and a bit of doily. Love the simplicity of this card!

Kraft and Sparkle

I don't know about you but I am LOVING the combo of the "kraft" brown and shabby items like burlap mixed with sparkle and metallic! That's exactly what I did for this card. I stamped the snowflakes with god and silver ink on white and then added some silver twine. Then I put it together with some sparkly gold cardstock and burlap! Love this look! So pretty and festive!
