Sweet Kitty Card!

What a beautiful card by our Guest Designer, Katie Brooks! Katie used FOUR different NND sets to create this adorable little scene! She used the kitty from the Newton's Holiday Mischief set (masking out the lights), the little flower from the Basket of Wishes set, clouds from the Winged Wishes set and the "get well soon" from the new Spring Showers set! I love the bright cheerful colors that she used to create the sunny scene - and even a sun-shaped button! So adorable! This would definitely cheer anyone up!

Inky Paws Challenge #8 - Sketch Challenge

Happy Friday and the the first day of #08 Inky Paws Challenge!  

This month's challenge is a sketch challenge!

I've been seeing fun diagonal cards lately so I thought it would be fun to see what everyone would do with a diagonal layout! Base your card on this sketch and use any Newton's Nook Designs Stamps! 

Are you ready to get your paws inky with us and play along to win a prize? The Challenge winner will receive a $10 store credit to our online store and a Inky Paws Challenge Top Pick Badge to add to your blog! If we get more than 15 participants, we will choose two winners so be sure to tell your friends to play along! 

You have two weeks to play along. Deadline to enter is Friday,  April 11th, 2014 at Midnight CST. The winners will be announced on the NND blog on Monday, March 14th.

Are you ready to play along and get your paws inky? 

• Create a NEW project (card or other paper craft item) based on the sketch above.

• Your project MUST use at least one Newton's Nook Designs stamped image (or free digital stamp - check out our Freebies page).

• Post your project to your blog or to an online photo gallery such as Flickr or splitcoaststampers (on splitcoast please use keywords newtonsnook and IPC08).

• Link back to this challenge (if posting in an online gallery copy the link into the photo description). 

• Submit your project to this challenge using the InLinkz widget below. You must submit a DIRECT link to your post page.

Such a pretty basket of Garden Tools by Larissa using our new Basket of Wishes Set! I love the metallic silver! 

Samantha created a WHALEY fun birthday card - using the Whale from our SEAson's Greetings Set! 

I used the cute little frog from the Magical Dreams set to create this fun card (and the clouds are from Spring Showers and Winged Wishes)

Sweet Kitty card by Christine Drogt

Colorful Kitty Wishes! 

I really love the bright colors and simple layout on this card by Design Team Member,   Christine Drogt! She used the two snuggly kitties image from our  Newton's Antics set and colored them so perfectly (did you notice the little shadow?) I love the color combo and big brackets around the kitties. So fun!  Her sentiment is in German - I think it means "all the best" or something close to that.  To find out more, head over to Christine's blog, Kartenchaos and see what else she's created lately!

Make a Wish - Rainbow Dragon card!

Today I'm sharing this really cool dragon card by Design Team Member Samantha Mann.  I love how she made her card mostly white and grey with pops of color down the dragons back and in the balloons! So cool! I also love the chevron background texture! 

Samantha used the dragon and "make a wish" from our  Magical Dreams set and Balloons from our Winston's Birthday mini set.

A Wagon full of Spring!

Get ready for spring with this adorable card by Valerie Ward! I love how Valerie combined images Several of our sets - She filled the wagon from our Wagon of Wishes set with some elements from our Basket of Wishes stamp set to create this fun little scene! I really love the fun bright colors and bits of gloss and shimmer that she added! What a fun spring card!
