Letters to Santa - two ways!
Today I'm sharing two cards using the little doggie delivering his letter to santa from the Canine Christmas stamp set! I had so much fun creating this cards. For the first one I colored the puppy grey and gave him a fun blue sweater and red ribbon. Then I mirrored those colors with some blue snowflake paper, grey striped washi tape and a red ribbon on the card. I finished it off with the "Happy Howl-idays" sentiment. Here's a close-up:
For the second card I used the same stamp but colored him to look more like a "scottie dog" and gave him a green sweater and red ribbon. For this card I used the "merry christmas" sentiment and the traditional red paper and twine for accents with a little bit of green washi tape too!

ReplyDeleteHow adorable! Years ago, I had two miniature schnauzers - one grey and one black+white. They were the loves of my life, for sure! Your two little puppies here have sparked some wonderful memories (and a couple of 'missing them' tears, too - but that's a good thing). Fabulous inspiration!1
